  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups White Lily® Enriched Bleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar


  1. HEAT oven to 325°F.
  2. BEAT butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer 4 minutes.
  3. STIR in flour and pecans just until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls or crescents. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. BAKE 20 minutes or until very lightly browned around edges. Cool on wire rack. Roll in powdered sugar.
