  • Flaky Pie Crust
  • 7 cups peeled, cored and sliced Granny Smith apples, about 7 apples
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons White Lily® Enriched Bleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 tablespoons butter, chilled
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F.
  2. PREPARE pie dough for double crust pie. Place bottom crust in 9-inch pan; chill.
