Ingredients
ROASTED TOMATOES
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ onion chopped
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Salt and Pepper
- Lettuce – Any will do, we prefer Arugula
Instructions
- PREPARE Callie's Buttermilk Biscuits.
- PREPARE roasted tomatoes according to recipe below.
- OPEN each biscuit sandwich style. Layer sliced avocado, roasted tomatoes, and arugula on one half, top with the other half of biscuit and enjoy!

- COMBINE ingredients on a sheet pan and roast for 15 min. at 350°F.
