Ingredients

ROASTED TOMATOES

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ onion chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lettuce – Any will do, we prefer Arugula

Instructions

  1. PREPARE Callie's Buttermilk Biscuits.
  2. PREPARE roasted tomatoes according to recipe below.
  3. OPEN each biscuit sandwich style. Layer sliced avocado, roasted tomatoes, and arugula on one half, top with the other half of biscuit and enjoy!

ROASTED TOMATOES

  1. COMBINE ingredients on a sheet pan and roast for 15 min. at 350°F.

To measure flour, stir it, spoon it gently into a dry measuring cup, and level it with a straight edge. Do not pack it or shake it down.
