Ingredients

  • Callie's Buttermilk Biscuits
  • Lemon Basil Aioli
  • Roasted Tomatoes
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Arugula

ROASTED TOMATOES

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

LEMON BASIL AIOLI

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon - zest
  • 1 lemon - juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Callie's Buttermilk Biscuits
  2. Make the lemon basil aioli, bacon, and roasted tomatoes according to their recipes below.
  3. Open the biscuits, sandwich style. Spread the Lemon Basil Aioli onto the biscuit and layer on bacon, roasted tomatoes, and arugula. Top with the other half of biscuit and enjoy!

ROASTED TOMATOES

  1. Combine ingredients on a sheet pan and roast for 15 min. at 350°F.

LEMON BASIL AIOLI

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.
