Cinnamon Oatmeal Drops

2 1/4 cups White Lily® Enriched Bleached All Purpose Flour 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsps. baking powder 2 large eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 2 cups quick rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup raisins
1 cup butter softened3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup granulated sugar

    HEAT oven to 375°F.

    COMBINE flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.

    STIR in oats, raisins and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

    BAKE 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
